摘　　要：本文对基层社区卫生服务机构的统计数据质量存在问题进行充分讨论,基层社区卫生服务机构的数据负担较重,数据的可理解性和可比性较差,数据精度不足,数据的可得性也不高。在数据收集前要建立依法依规观念,以实现在前期对基层社区卫生服务机构的数据进行质量控制。并能进一步深化统计管理制度改革,健全统计调查体系。在实施过程中要改善资料收集方式和方法,建立严谨的核查程序,在此基础上,通过对数据质量进行事后质量控制,对数据质量进行评价等手段来提高数据质量,并提出事前、事中、事后质量控制的措施和策略。在持续创新中优化统计分析模式,以适应持续发展的需求。This paper fully discusses the problems existing in the quality of statistical data of grass-roots community health service institutions.The data burden of grass-roots community health service institutions is heavy,the comprehensibility and comparability of data are poor,the accuracy of data is insufficient,and the availability of data is not high.Before the data collection,the concept of law and regulation should be established to realize the quality control of the data of grass-roots community health service institutions in the early stage.It can further deepen the reform of statistical management system and improve the statistical survey system.In the process of implementation,we should improve the methods of data collection and establish a rigorous verification procedure.On this basis,we should improve the quality of data by means of post quality control of data quality and evaluation of data quality,and put forward the measures and strategies of quality control before,during and after the event.In continuous innovation,change the current situation and optimize the statistical analysis model to meet the needs of sustainable development.
