摘 要:钢轨打磨技术是当前最普遍、最高效的钢轨修复方式。本文对GMC-48钢轨打磨车的设计、制造及整个过程进行研究和总结,以期对公司后续产品提供参考和帮助。该项目是公司时隔多年成功开发的一款新产品。项目以市场为导向,采用多项先进技术,并具有扩展功能,其水平国内领先,有较好的经济效益和社会效益,有力助推了公司的跨越发展。Rail grinding technology is the most common and efficient rail repair method at present.This paper studies and summarizes the design,manufacture and whole process of GMC-48 rail grinding train,in order to provide reference and help for the company's subsequent products.This project is a new product successfully developed by the company after many years.The project is market-oriented,adopts a number of advanced technologies,and has expansion functions,its level is leading in China,and has good economic and social benefits,which has effectively boosted the company's leapfrog development.
