摘　　要：恒温恒压控制系统是工业过程控制中关键的组成部分,广泛应用于需要精确控制温度和压力的环境中,如化工、制药和食品加工行业。PLC是一种专用于工业环境的计算系统,其硬件通常包括输入/输出接口、处理单元和数据存储,而软件编程则使得这些硬件能够执行复杂的逻辑操作和流程控制。触摸屏作为人机交互的界面,不仅提供直观的操作便利,也通过其设计原则确保用户界面的易用性和功能性。本文详细探讨了基于PLC和触摸屏的恒温恒压控制系统的设计、功能与实现,特别是系统架构的整体设计,温度与压力控制的具体实施,以及用户界面的设计原则。The constant temperature and pressure control system is a key component of industrial process control,widely used in environments that require precise temperature and pressure control,such as the chemical,pharmaceutical,and food processing industries.PLC is a computing system specifically designed for industrial environments,whose hardware typically includes input/output interfaces,processing units,and data storage,while software programming enables these hardware to perform complex logical operations and process control.As a human-computer interaction interface,touch screens not only provide intuitive operational convenience,but also ensure the usability and functionality of the user interface through their design principles.This article discusses in detail the design,function,and implementation of a constant temperature and pressure control system based on PLC and touch screen,especially the overall design of the system architecture,the specific implementation of temperature and pressure control,and the design principles of the user interface.
