摘 要:滚切式双边剪切技术在现今的厚板加工行业中发挥着重要作用。近年来,随着该技术实用性的增强,尽管使得加工过程的效率与品质得到了提升,但在生产流程中,存在诸多难以预料的变动因素,容易引发各类问题。为了有效解决这些问题,需针对性地采取优化措施并进行相应的技术改进。基于此,本文主要探究了滚切式双边剪剪切问题及优化策略,并结合实例进行了分析,旨在促进剪切效率与质量的提高。The roll cut double-sided shearing technology plays an important role in the current thick plate processing industry.In recent years,with the increasing practicality of this technology,although the efficiency and quality of the processing process have been improved,there are many unpredictable changes in the production process,which can easily lead to various problems.In order to effectively solve these problems,targeted optimization measures need to be taken and corresponding technical improvements should be made.Based on this,this article mainly explores the problem and optimization strategies of roll cut double-sided shear,and analyzes them with examples,aiming to promote the improvement of shear efficiency and quality.
