摘  要:随着数控技术的不断发展,NCSIMUL等先进的数控模拟软件在制造业中的应用越来越广泛。本文旨在探讨基于NCSIMUL的四轴数控机床辊轴的模拟加工技术,以提高加工效率、优化工艺流程,并实现对辊轴制造的高精度控制。通过详细的模拟加工实例,本文将深入分析NCSIMUL在四轴数控机床上的应用,突显NCSIMUL模拟仿真在制造中的重要性和潜在优势。With the continuous development of CNC technology,advanced CNC simulation software such as NCSIMUL are increasingly being applied in the manufacturing industry.This paper aims to explore the simulation machining technology of the roller shaft of a four axis CNC machine tool based on NCSIMUL,in order to improve machining efficiency,optimize process flow,and achieve high-precision control of roller shaft manufacturing.Through detailed simulation machining examples,this article will deeply analyze the application of NCSIMUL in four axis CNC machine tools,highlighting the importance and potential advantages of NCSIMUL simulation simulation in manufacturing.
