摘 要:随着航空涡轮发动机技术的迅猛发展,发动机涡轮前温度、增压比不断上升,发动机向高温、高原、高寒等工作环境拓宽,需不断地发展新型的航空发动机润滑油以满足发动机发挥应有效能。该文分析滑油使用特性对航空发动机的影响,介绍美国和俄罗斯的航空润滑油认证规范与程序,并与国内相关标准进行对比分析,阐述新型军用航空润滑油的认证程序,对滑油装机适应性应开展的试验试飞科目提出建议。With the rapid development of aviation turbine engine technology,the engine pre-turbine temperature and boost ratio continue to increase,and the engine is expanding into working environments such as high temperature,plateau,and alpine.New aero-engine lubricants need to be continuously developed to meet the engine's due performance.This paper analyzes the impact of lubricating oil performance characteristics on aeroengines,introduces aviation lubricant certification specifications and procedures in the United States and Russia,and compares and analyzes them with relevant domestic standards.The expounds the certification procedures for new military aviation lubricants,and puts forward suggestions on the test flight subjects that should be carried out for the adaptability of lubricating oil to installation.
