摘  要:Fe基金属有机骨架材料MIL-101(Fe)具有一定的催化活性,广泛地应用于染料降解领域。为更好地提升其活化过硫酸钾(PDS)降解橙黄G的性能,通过掺杂双金属及柠檬酸对其进行改性研究。通过场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、比表面分析仪(BET)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对材料进行表征。结果表明:改性后催化剂Cu/Ce-MIL-101(Fe)-CA2形貌发生较大变化,其比表面积减小,最可几孔径增至4.5nm,活性位点的结合能数值减小0.17~0.30eV。当橙黄G浓度为0.2mmol/L,反应温度为45℃,催化剂投加量为0.3g/L,PDS浓度为12mmol/L,溶液初始pH为5,反应30min橙黄G降解率高达96.3%,其降解过程符合准一级动力学模型且催化剂具有良好的稳定性。Fe-based metal-organic framework material MIL-101(Fe)has certain catalytic activity and is widely used in the field of dye degradation.It was modified by doping bimetals and citric acid to further improve its performance of activating peroxydisulfate(PDS)to degrade Orange G.The material was characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR,BET and XPS.The results showed that the morphology of the modified catalyst Cu/Ce-MIL-101(Fe)-CA2 changed considerably,the specific surface area was decreased,the most available pore size increased to 4.5nm,and the binding energy of active sites was reduced by 0.17~0.30eV.Under the conditions of an initial Orange G concentration of 0.2mmol/L,a reaction temperature of 45℃,a catalyst dosage of 0.3g/L,a PDS dosage of 12mmol/L and an initial pH value of 5,the degradation rate of Orange G reached 96.3%after 30min.The degradation process conformed to the pseudo-first order kinetic model and the modified catalyst showed good stability.
