摘  要:功能性敷料对于伤口愈合具有重要作用。针对水凝胶力学性能较差,传统棉织物易与伤口发生粘连等问题,制备了一种三明治结构的水凝胶基棉织物敷料。首先将棉织物进行阴离子、抗菌改性,然后以聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖季铵盐/聚丙烯酰胺(PVA/HACC/PAM)为水凝胶溶液,与改性棉织物通过物理、化学双交联的方法复合,制得水凝胶基棉织物敷料(PHPC)。结果表明,PHPC具有优异的力学性能、溶胀率,能有效避免液体污染和粘附;细胞活力为90.08%,抑菌率大于99%,表明该敷料在具备良好生物相容性的同时能够高效抗菌。Functional dressings play an important role in wound healing.To address the problems of poor mechanical properties of hydrogels and the adhesion of traditional cotton fabrics to wounds,a hydrogel-based cotton fabric dressing with a sandwich structure was prepared.Firstly,the cotton fabric was modified with anion and antibacterial,and then polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan quaternary ammonium salt/polyacrylamide(PVA/HACC/PAM)was used as a hydrogel solution and combined with the modified cotton fabric by physical and chemical double cross-linking method to prepare the hydrogel-based cotton fabric dressing(PHPC).The results showed that PHPC had excellent mechanical properties,swelling rate,and could effectively avoid liquid contamination and adhesion.The cell viability was 90.08%,and the antibacterial rate was more than 99%,indicating that the dressing could be efficiently antibacterial while possessing good biocompatibility.
