摘 要:近年来,随着自然灾害、公共卫生事件等突发事件的频发,应急食品管理的重要性日益凸显。尽管中国政府在应急食品管理方面已经取得了一定成效,建立了较为完善的应急食品储备和分发体系,有效保障了受灾群众的基本生活需求,然而,仍存在应急食品功能性不足、物流运输低效、信息沟通与协调不畅、法律法规亟待完善等问题。因此,丰富应急食品储备品种、改善储存条件、制定专门法规、优化分发机制和加大监管力度是解决的对策。In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,public health events and other emergencies,the importance of emergency food management has become increasingly prominent.Although Chinese government has made some achievements in emergency food management,established a relatively complete emergency food reserve and distribution system,and effectively guaranteed the basic needs of victims,there are still some problems such as insufficient functionality of emergency food,inefficient logistics and transportation,poor information communication and coordination,and incomplete laws and regulations.Therefore,the solution strategies are to enrich emergency food reserve varieties,improve storage conditions,formulate special laws and regulations,optimize distribution mechanism and strengthen supervision.
