摘 要:随着分布式可再生能源在用户侧的渗透率不断提高,端对端可交易能源市场逐渐成为了一种消纳末端电能的有效方式。但是,分布式能源出力波动频繁、位置分散、结构异质,难以统一调度和管理。针对该问题,首先,基于共享出行中的司机-乘客匹配度的概念,提出了一种新的发用电时空间匹配度的衡量指标,用以判断该配电网是否适合实施端对端可交易能源市场。其次,基于该衡量指标建立一种兼顾发用电匹配度和社会效益的市场出清模型,并在端对端可交易能源市场的分布式出清过程中调整电价,以引导更多能源产消者参与市场。最后,使用IEEE 69节点算例验证了所提分布式出清模型的有效性,并通过分析不同交易参数下的市场均衡和发用电匹配度验证了模型在提高新能源本地消纳率上的效果。由仿真结果可知,所提出清算法可有效提高新能源本地消纳率。With the increasing penetration rate of distributed renewable energy on the user side,the peer-to-peer transactive energy market has gradually become an effective way to consume the surplus electricity.However,it is difficult to uniformly schedule and manage the distributed energy due to its frequent output fluctuations,dispersed locations and heterogeneous structures.Aimming at this issue,first,based on the concept of driver-passenger matching degree in the shared travel field,a new measurement index of spatial matching degree for power generation and consumption is proposed,which is used to determine whether the distribution network is suitable for implementing peer-to-peer transactive energy market.Then,based on the measurement index,a market clearing model that takes into account the matching degree of power generation and consumption and social benefits is established,and the electricity price is adjusted in the distributed clearing process of peer-to-peer transactive energy market to guide more energy prosumers to participate in the market.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed distributed clearing model is verified using an IEEE 69-bus case,and the effectiveness of the model in improving local consumption rate of renewable energy is verified by analyzing market equilibrium and matching degree of power generation and consumption with different transaction parameters.According to the simulation results,the proposed clearing algorithm can effectively improve the local consumption rate of renewable energy.
