摘 要:光电振荡器(OEO)是一种电能(直流-交流)转换装置,与传统电学微波源相比,OEO具有更低的相位噪声,因此被广泛应用于微波通信工程的系统设计中。针对传统OEO装置振幅不稳定的问题,设计一种高稳定本振源控制方案。首先,采用反馈回路控制电光调制设备的工作强度;随后,采用导频技术进一步控制振荡环路的稳定度,再令一低频率的信号导入微波光链路,获取相位信息差;最后,将其传输回OEO环路。实验证明,所设计的高稳定本振源方案具有稳定的信号传输特性,阿伦方差每秒可控制在2.7×10^(-12)。Opto-electronic oscillator(OEO)is a device for converting electrical energy(DC-AC).Compared with traditional electrical microwave sources,OEO has lower phase noise and is therefore widely used in the system design of microwave communication engineering.This paper proposes a highly stable local oscillator control scheme to address the issue of unstable amplitude in traditional OEO devices.Firstly,a feedback loop is used to control the working intensity of the electro-optic modulation device.Subsequently,pilot technology is used to further control the stability of the oscillation loop,and a low-frequency signal is introduced into the microwave optical link to obtain phase information difference.Finally,transmit it back to the OEO loop.Experimental results have shown that the designed highly stable local oscillator scheme has stable signal transmission characteristics,and the Allan variance can be controlled at 2.7×10^(-12) per second.
