摘 要:由于我国燃煤发电装机占比不断下降,全社会对采暖供热的需求不断增长,迫切需要通过改造现有燃煤机组以提高其供热能力。鉴于燃煤机组供热抽汽存在一定的余压损失,提出了一种增设小型汽轮机的余压利用改造方案,实现了蒸汽能级梯级利用。该方案具体是在供热抽汽母管与换热站之间增设小型汽轮机,用于回收蒸汽余能,一方面可以增加系统整体发电量,另一方面可以降低供热蒸汽损,提升系统整体效率。以某电厂为例,分析了供热抽汽系统的优化改造方案的能耗特性。结果显示,通过对供热抽汽母管的改造优化,小型汽轮机的进口压力可提升至0.7 MPa,年综合收益可达1 455万元,节能效果显著。Due to the decreasing proportion of installed coal-fired power generation in China and the increasing demand for heating and cooling in the whole society,it is necessary to improve the heating capacity of existing coal-fired units by retrofitting them.In view of the existence of a certain residual pressure loss in the heat supply and steam extraction of coal-fired units,a residual pressure utilization retrofit program is proposed by adding a small steam turbine,which realizes the stepwise utilization of steam energy level.The program is specifically in the heat pump bus and heat exchange station between the addition of small steam turbine for the recovery of steam residual energy,on the one hand,can increase the overall power generation system,on the other hand,can make the heat supply steam loss is reduced,the overall efficiency of the system has been improved.Taking a power plant as an example,the energy consumption characteristics of the optimization and transformation scheme of the heat supply and steam extraction system are analyzed.The results show that through the renovation and optimization of the heat supply and steam extraction bus pipe,the inlet pressure of the small steam turbine can be increased to 0.7 MPa,and the annual comprehensive income can reach 14.55 million yuan,with remarkable energy saving effect.
