摘  要:光固化增材制造技术能够实现陶瓷件的个性化制造和定制化生产,为陶瓷领域的发展提供新可能性。通过实验测试分析,证实了光固化增材制造技术在陶瓷成形领域应用的有效性。通过使用3010数字微镜装置,实现了陶瓷材料的逐层固化;通过控制光源强度、曝光时间、层厚等参数,提高了陶瓷成品的质量和精度。结果表明,光源强度的增大可以提高陶瓷件的抗弯强度和硬度,有效提升材料的力学性能和耐用性。通过对基于光固化增材制造技术的陶瓷成形方法进行实验分析,以期为陶瓷用品的制作与生产提供一定参考。Photocuring additive manufacturing technology can realize the personalized manufacturing and customized production of ceramic parts,which provides new possibilities for the development of ceramics.In this paper,the effectiveness of the application of light curing additive manufacturing technology in the field of ceramic forming is confirmed through experimental testing and analysis.By using the 3010 digital micromirror device,the ceramic material can be cured layer by layer,and the quality and accuracy of the ceramic product can be improved by controlling the light source intensity,exposure time,layer thickness and other parameters.The results show that the increase of light source intensity can improve the bending strength and hardness of ceramic parts,and effectively improve the mechanical properties and durability of the material.The ceramic forming method based on photocuring additive manufacturing technology was analyzed by experiment,in order to provide some reference for the production of ceramic supplies.
