摘 要:燃煤机组在发电过程中热效率较低,大量热能以烟气形式排放,未能充分利用,造成能源浪费和环境污染。针对该问题,烟气余热利用系统的优化设计尤为重要。通过高效回收烟气中的余热,可以提升能源效率,降低环境影响,符合当前节能减排的工业发展需求。提出了一种火力发电厂燃煤机组烟气余热利用系统的优化设计方案,包括系统架构的概念模型构建、关键组件的性能优化、整体系统的测试验证,为火力发电厂的节能减排提供了有力的技术支撑和实际应用价值。The low thermal efficiency of coal-fired units in the power generation process,a large amount of thermal energy is discharged in the form of flue gas,which is not fully utilized,resulting in energy waste and environmental pollution.In response to this issue,the optimization design of flue gas waste heat utilization system is particularly important.By utilizing efficient recovery of waste heat from flue gas,can improve energy efficiency,reduce environmental impact,and meet the current industrial development needs of energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper proposes an optimized design scheme for the flue gas waste heat utilization system of coal-fired power plants,including the conceptual model construction of the system architecture,performance optimization of key components,and overall system testing and verification,providing strong technical support and practical application value for energy conservation and emission reduction in thermal power plants.
