摘 要:针对综放开采智能化因在理论、技术与实践结合不紧密而造成的智能化开采技术应用较少等问题,采用数值模拟方法对某煤矿智能化放煤技术进行优化分析。通过对某煤矿厚煤层综放开采采动应力场演化、综放开采顶煤破碎机理以及综放开采顶煤运移放出规律的研究,得出智能化放煤整体控制结构;通过对单轮顺序、分段顺序以及单轮间隔进行数值模拟,得出单轮间隔放煤方式的放出量与回采率最高,最适合该煤矿。按上述优化方法进行工程实践分析,煤矿井下用工人数明显减少,开采工效显著提高,提升了煤矿企业的经济效益,对煤层智能化开采技术研究意义深远。Aiming at the problem of insufficient application of intelligent mining technology due to the lack of close integration between theory,technology,and practice in fully mechanized coal mining,numerical simulation method is adopted to optimize and analysis of intelligent caving technology in a coal mine.Through the study of the evolution of the stress field during the fully mechanized top coal caving mining of thick coal seams in a certain coal mine,the mechanism of top coal fragmentation during fully mechanized top coal caving mining,and the transportation and release laws of top coal during fully mechanized top coal caving mining,an intelligent overall control structure for coal caving has been developed.Through numerical simulations of the single wheel sequence,segmented sequence,and single wheel interval,it was found that the single wheel interval coal release method has the highest release rate and recovery rate,and is most suitable for this coal mine.According to the above optimization method for engineering practice analysis,the number of underground workers in coal mines has significantly decreased,the mining efficiency has significantly improved,and the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises have been enhanced.This has profound significance for the research of intelligent coal seam mining technology.
