摘 要:以MG2X250/1200-WD型采煤机行星齿轮传动系统为研究对象,完成了轮齿啮合面的热弹耦合应力分析,结果表明,太阳轮和行星轮啮合位置的最大应力数值为490.65 MPa,主要的失效方式为疲劳。为了提高轮齿的疲劳强度,对现有的轮齿进行鼓形修行,并进行有限元仿真分析,结果表明,改进后的行星齿轮传动系统的最大接触应力数值为433.07 MPa,与改进之前相比降低了约11.7%。轮齿改进的成功,对减小采煤机行星齿轮传动系统结构尺寸,提高其工作稳定性和疲劳寿命具有重要的参考价值。Taking the planetary gear transmission system of MG2X250/1200-WD shearer as the research object,the thermal-elastic coupling stress analysis of the meshing surface of the gear teeth was completed.The results show that the maximum stress value of the meshing position of the solar wheel and the planetary wheel is 490.65 MPa,and the main failure mode is fatigue.In order to improve the fatigue strength of the gear teeth,the existing gear teeth were transformed into drum shape,and the finite element simulation analysis was conducted again.The results show that the maximum contact stress value of the improved planetary gear transmission system is 433.07 MPa,which is about 11.7%lower than that before the improvement.The success of tooth improvement has important reference value for reducing the structure size of shearer planetary gear transmission system and improving its working stability and fatigue life.
