摘　　要：本文探讨了项目管理理论在市政工程管理中的应用。首先介绍了项目管理理论的基本内涵及其与市政工程管理的关系;然后分析了加强市政工程项目管理的重要作用,接着针对市政工程管理中存在的问题,提出相应的应用策略,包括明确工程目标和指标、优化资源配置机制、建立信息共享和沟通机制、健全监督与验收机制等;最后强调了加强市政工程管理需要各方共同努力,共同推动项目管理理论的应用,为城市的可持续发展做出贡献。This paper discusses the application of project management theory in municipal engineering management.Firstly,the basic connotation of project management theory and its relationship with municipal engineering management are introduced.Then,the important role of strengthening the management of municipal engineering projects is analyzed,subsequently the corresponding application strategies are proposed to address the existing problems in municipal engineering management,including clarifying the project objectives and indicators,optimizing the resource allocation mechanism,establishing an information sharing and communication mechanism,and improving the supervision and acceptance mechanism.Finally,it is emphasized that strengthening the municipal engineering management requires the joint efforts of all parties to jointly promote the application of project management theory and contribute to the sustainable development of cities.
