摘　　要：随着医疗信息化建设的加速,医院软件项目管理的复杂性日益增加。传统的软件开发方法往往难以满足医院快速变化的业务需求。因此,作为一种以人为核心、迭代、循序渐进的软件开发方法,敏捷开发逐渐被应用于医院软件项目管理中。文章旨在探讨敏捷开发方法在医院软件项目管理中的应用,并评估其效果。With the acceleration of medical informatization construction,the complexity of hospital software project management is increasing day by day.Traditional software development methods often struggle to meet the rapidly changing business needs of hospitals.Therefore,agile development methods,as a human centered,iterative,and progressive software development method,are gradually being applied in hospital software project management.This article aims to explore the application of agile development methods in hospital software project management and evaluate their effectiveness.
