摘 要:随着现代工业的快速发展,产品生产过程和工序日益复杂,涉及的数据、文件和图纸需要妥善管理。针对这一需求,文章提出了一种基于工业生产全流程的数字化系统设计方案。该系统采用客户端/服务器(C/S)架构,其中服务器负责数据的存储和与客户端的交互。客户端分为5类:任务下达方客户端、产品设计方客户端、生产方客户端、仓库管理客户端和后期维护管理客户端。客户端之间通过协作将产生的数据、文件和图纸上传到统一的服务器进行自动归类整理,大幅提高了工业生产过程的管理效率,确保了产品的质量和生产的顺利进行。With the rapid development of modern industry,the production process and procedures of products are becoming increasingly complex,and the data,documents,and drawings involved need to be properly managed.In response to this demand,the article proposes a digital system design scheme based on the entire industrial production process.The system adopts a client/server(C/S)architecture,where the server is responsible for data storage and interaction with the client.The client is divided into 5 categories:task issuing client,product design client,production client,warehouse management client,and post maintenance management client.Through collaboration among various clients,the generated data,files,and drawings are uploaded to a unified server for automatic classification and organization,greatly improving the management efficiency of industrial production processes and ensuring product quality and smooth production.
