摘  要:针对焦化汽油加氢装置预保护反应器出口样品的馏程变化规律,预保护反应催化剂采用S-1和S-2分别在实验室及工业装置上进行试验,考察了催化剂活性及操作条件对精制油产品的影响。结果表明:实验室采用S-1预保护反应器出口样品终馏点从199℃增加到214℃,馏程升高的原因可能为小分子含硫化合物生成大分子含硫化合物,以及原料油与预保护反应器出口样品中含有大量含硫化合物;工业装置采用S-2预保护反应催化剂,精制油终馏点从204℃增加到227℃,但通过增加主反应器加氢深度,精制油硫质量分数降至120μg/g,预保护反应器出口样品终馏点从227℃降至204℃,可有效脱除大分子含硫化合物,产品终馏点仍可以满足成品要求。In response to the variation law of distillation range of the feed in the pre-protection reactor of coking gasoline hydrogenation unit,experiments were conducted using pre-protecting catalysts S-1 and S-2 in laboratory and industrial units,respectively,to investigate the effects of catalyst activity and operating conditions on refined oil products.Using S-1 in the laboratory,under the reaction conditions,the final distillation point of the feed of the pre protected reactor increased from 199℃to 214℃.The increase in final boiling point may be due to the generation of large molecular sulfur compounds from small molecule sulfur compounds,as well as the presence of a large amount of sulfur compounds in the feed oil and pre-protection reactor outlet samples.The industrial facilities adopted S-2 pre-protection reaction catalyst,which increased the final distillation point from 204℃to 227℃.By increasing the hydrogenation depth of the main reactor,the sulfur content in refined oil was reduced to 120μg/g,the final distillation point was reduced from 227℃to 204℃,effectively removing macromolecular sulfur compounds.The final distillation point of the product can still meet the requirements of the finished product.
