摘  要:针对某连续重整装置更换催化剂(催化剂堆密度由670 kg/m^(3)更换为561 kg/m^(3))后保持催化剂循环输送稳定的问题,提出了催化剂循环优化方法。闭锁料斗仍采用差压模式,仅调整设置闭锁料斗闭锁区上下料位限值(由48.2%~96%更改为41.6%~97%),使闭锁区催化剂单次循环量相同;同时,将快慢装/卸料报警值由12~30 s/12~30 s调整为14~35 s/14~35 s,使之与闭锁料斗上下平衡阀开关时间匹配,保证差压模式下催化剂循环输送稳定。此方法较大程度简化了其他控制参数的调整,可以实现换剂后催化剂循环高效平稳运行。A catalyst circulation optimization method is proposed to address the issue of maintaining stable catalyst circulation and transportation in a continuous reforming unit after replacing the catalyst(catalyst bulk density changed from 670 kg/m^(3)to 561 kg/m^(3)).The lock hopper still adopts differential pressure mode,only adjusting the upper and lower material level limit values in the locking area of the lock hopper(changed from 48.2%-96.0%to 41.6%-97.0%),so that the single circulation amount of catalyst in the locking area is the same.At the same time,adjust the alarm value for fast and slow loading/unloading from 12-30 s/12-30 s to 14-35 s/14-35 s,expand the loading and unloading time,match it with the opening and closing time of the upper and lower balance valves of the lock hopper,and ensure stable catalyst circulation and transportation in differential pressure mode.This method greatly simplifies the adjustment of other control parameters and can achieve efficient and stable circulation of the catalyst after catalyst replacement.
