摘 要:在管壳式换热器中,不同的折流结构会诱导壳程流体产生各异的流态,导致其性能产生差异。研究了弓形板、盘环板、折流杆、整圆板、花隔板、螺旋板6种折流结构配置下的管壳式换热器壳侧的流场分布、温度分布、传热性能和阻力性能。研究发现:折流杆换热器和螺旋板换热器的流场、温度分布最为均匀,这两种折流结构改善了流场分布,克服了流动死区,有利于热量的均匀传递,其中,螺旋板换热器传热性能最强,折流杆换热器阻力性能最优;壳侧流场均匀化能够提高壳侧均温性,同时改善换热器的热工与水力性能。本研究可为热力系统中换热器的应用和选型提供理论参考,为换热器的优化设计指明方向。For tube and shell heat exchanger,different baffle structures can induce different flow patterns in the shell side fluid,resulting in varying performance.This article investigates the flow field distribution,temperature distribution,heat transfer performance,and resistance performance on the shell side of tube and shell heat exchanger with six types of baffle configuration structures:cambered plate,ring plate,baffle rod,round plate,flower partition,and spiral plate.The research results show that the flow field and temperature distribution are the most uniform in baffle rod heat exchanger and spiral plate heat exchanger.These two types of baffle structures improve the flow field distribution and overcome the dead zone,which is conducive to the uniform transfer of heat.Among them,the spiral plate heat exchanger achieves the strongest heat transfer performance,and the baffle rod heat exchanger achieves the best resistance performance.The homogenization of the shell side flow field can improve the uniformity of the shell side temperature,while also improving the thermal and hydraulic performance of the heat exchanger.It can provide theoretical reference for the application and selection of heat exchangers in thermal systems,and point out the direction for the optimization design of heat exchangers.
