摘  要:以某炼化企业连续重整装置再接触空冷器为研究对象,通过实际分析和模拟计算,对连续重整装置再接触空冷器管束泄漏原因进行分析并提出腐蚀防护措施。结果表明:连续重整装置再接触空冷器中的NH_(4)Cl结晶温度为80~100℃,处于再接触空冷器出入口温度区间内,NH_(4)Cl在再接触空冷器中间及出口部位会结晶沉积于管束内壁,停工期间会发生吸水潮解腐蚀。因此,停工期间可通过碳酸氢钠水溶液水洗、再接触空冷器管束充氮气保护等措施来防止产生NH_(4)Cl垢下腐蚀,同时还需对再接触空冷器管束进行打压,确保管束无泄漏。Taking the re-contact air cooler of a continuous reforming unit in a certain refining and chemical enterprise as the research object,through actual analysis and simulation calculation,the causes of leakage in the re-contact air cooler tube bundle of the continuous reforming unit are analyzed,and corrosion protection measures are proposed.The results show that the crystallization temperature of NH_(4)Cl in the re-contact air cooler of the continuous reforming unit is 80-100℃,which is within the temperature range of the inlet and outlet of the re-contact air cooler.NH_(4)Cl will crystallize and deposit on the inner wall of the tube bundle in the middle and outlet of the re-contact air cooler,and water absorption,deliquescence,and corrosion will occur during the shutdown period.Therefore,during the shutdown period,corrosion under NH_(4)Cl scale can be avoided by washing with sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution and filling the air cooler tube bundle with nitrogen gas for protection.At the same time,pressure should be applied to the air cooler tube bundle to ensure no leakage.
