摘 要:针对炼化企业储罐VOCs(挥发性有机物)废气特点,开发了适用于高浓度罐顶VOCs废气处理的罐顶气低温流化相变吸附浓缩技术。制备了适用的VOCs吸附剂,其介孔占比达57%,机械强度为普通商用活性炭的5倍。开展了流化吸附流场模拟,得到吸附剂颗粒粒径0.7 mm、流速1.7 m/s时整个床层压力分布较为均匀,吸附工况处于稳定状态。低温流化试验验证:采用低温吸附可提高吸附剂吸附容量;采用所研制的低温吸附剂,达到相同NMHC(非甲烷总烃)排放浓度,吸附温度可提升15℃以上,大大降低运行能耗;解吸气中氧体积分数小于2%,可安全排入全厂燃料气管网;流化状态下,吸附剂颗粒间相互磨蚀去除了表面冰晶,吸附剂吸附能力未受低温影响。该技术可应用于无大量吸收剂的场景,预处理效率高、能耗低,回收的有机气体可安全排入低压燃料气管网,可作为目前预处理待选技术。In view of the characteristics of VOCs(svolatile organic compounds)waste gas from storage tanks of refining and chemical enterprises,the low temperature fluidized phase change adsorption concentration technology for treating high concentration VOCs waste gas from tank top was developed.Suitable VOCs adsorbents were prepared,the mesoporous ratio was 57%,and the mechanical strength was 5 times that of ordinary commercial activated carbon.The fluidized adsorption flow field simulation was carried out.When 0.7 mm particles and 1.7 m/s flow rate were used,the pressure distribution of the whole bed was more uniform,and the adsorption condition was in a stable state.Low temperature fluidization test showed that using low temperature adsorption could increase the adsorption capacity of the adsorbents;by using the developed low temperature adsorbent,the same NMHC(non-methane total hydrocarbon)emission concentration could be achieved,and the adsorption temperature could be increased by more than 15℃,greatly saving operating energy consumption;if the oxygen volume fraction in the desorbed gas was less than 2%,it could be safely discharged into the fuel gas pipeline network of the entire plant;in fluidized state,the mutual erosion between adsorbent particles removed surface ice crystals,and the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent was not affected by low temperature.The technology can be applied in scenarios without a large amount of absorbent,with high pre-treatment efficiency and low energy consumption,and the recovered organic gas can be safely discharged into the low pressure fuel gas pipeline network,making it an alternative pre-treatment technology at present.
