南越国番禺城城市考古初论

摘　　要：南越国番禺城是秦汉时期岭南地区最具影响力的城市,也是广州目前可以确定的最早的城。通过梳理历史文献及考古资料,结合近年来广州黄埔北部的考古新发现,番禺建城前岭南地区的核心区域得到了重新讨论,在此基础上确定了岭南加入中华民族共同体的进程始于新石器时代,最终于秦汉时期完成。Panyu City of the Nanyue Kingdom was the most influential city in the Lingnan region during the Qin and Han periods,and is the earliest confirmed city in present-day Guangzhou.This paper reviews historical documents and archaeological data to summarize the research on Panyu City.Based on recent ar-chaeological discoveries in northern Huangpu,Guangzhou,the paper also discusses the central areas of the Lingnan region before the form of Panyu.On this basis,it proposes that the integration of Lingnan into the Chinese civilization community began in the Neolithic period and was ultimately completed during the Qin and Han periods.
