摘　　要：寻常型天疱疮是重症难治性自身免疫性皮肤病,病程迁延反复,需要专科医生的长期管理。由于该病罕见,临床医生对治疗方案的认知相对不足,存在一定误区。本文重点归纳了近年来寻常型天疱疮治疗中的难点及相应对策,以期提高临床医师对寻常型天疱疮的认识,改善患者的预后。Pemphigus vulgaris is a severe and refractory autoimmune skin disease with a prolonged and recurrent course,requiring long-term management by specialized clinicians.Due to the rarity of the disease,clinicians often have a relatively insufficient understanding of its treatment regimens,resulting in some misunderstandings.This article focuses on the challenges in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris in recent years,as well as the corresponding strategies,in order to enhance clinical physicians′understanding of pemphigus vulgaris and improve patient prognosis.
