摘　　要：中医美学蕴含着丰富的“和合”思想,研究中医美学“和合”思想的理论渊源与实践机制,追溯“和合”思想的哲学根源,凸显其在中医美学体系中的重要地位。从多个维度剖析中医美学“和合”思想的时代价值,助力中医“和合”的美学底蕴与生态和谐、社会“和合”的实践理念与文明进步、人体“和合”的医学探索与健康保障以及医患“和合”的审美准则与和谐医疗。融入自然,实现和谐养生;注重实践,培养审美情操;调和阴阳,实现身心健康;提升医德,构建医患关系,为中医美学发展提供了新的视角和思路,也为中医事业提供理论支持与实践指导。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)aesthetics is deeply rooted in the concept of"harmony and unity".This study explores the theoretical origins and practical mechanisms of the"harmony and unity"thought within TCM aesthetics,tracing its philosophical roots and highlighting its crucial role within the TCM aesthetic system.It analyzes the contemporary value of the idea of"harmony and unity"in TCM aesthetics from multiple dimensions,and contributes to the aesthetics of"harmony and unity"in TCM and ecological harmony,societal progress,medical exploration of health,and harmonious medical relationships.The study suggests that integrating with nature fosters harmonious health practices,emphasizing the cultivation of aesthetic sensibilities,balancing yin and yang to achieve physical and mental well-being,and enhancing medical ethics to strengthen doctor-patient relationships.These insights provide new perspectives and approaches for the development of TCM aesthetics,as well as theoretical and practical support for the advancement of TCM.
