摘　　要：马铃薯甲虫是新疆马铃薯生产上的重要害虫,为了解苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)G033A可湿性粉剂对马铃薯甲虫的防治效果,本研究对马铃薯甲虫不同龄期幼虫进行了室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。室内生测结果表明,Bt G033A对马铃薯甲虫1、2、3、4龄幼虫的致死中浓度LC50值分别为1.958、1.734、1.939、1.770 g/L,表现出较好的室内毒杀活性。田间药效试验结果表明,Bt G033A对马铃薯甲虫药后15 d的防效均达到了99%,速效性和持效性较好。综上所述,Bt G033A对马铃薯甲虫具有较好防治效果,可用于新疆马铃薯甲虫的防治实践。The Colorado potato beetle is an important pest in potato production in Xinjiang.To understand the control effect of Bacillus thuringiensis GO33A wettable powder on the Colorado potato beetle,We tested the virulence of Colorado potato beetle larvae at different ages in the laboratory and their efficacy in the field in the present study.The results of laboratory bioassay showed that the LCso values of lethal concentration of Bacillus thuringiensis G033A for the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4h instar larvae of Colorado potato beetle were 1.958,1.734,1.939 and 1.770 g/L,respectively,demonstrating good indoor toxic activity.The results of the field experiment showed that the control effect of Bacillus thuringiensis G033A on the Colorado potato beetle reached 99%after 15 days of treatment,the quick effect and sustained effect were good.In conclusion,Bacillus thuringiensis G033A demonstrated a good control effect on the Colorado potato beetle,making it a viable option for controlling Colorado potato beetles in Xinjiang.
