基于MGWR模型的太行山区传统村落空间分异格局与影响机制研究

摘　　要：以太行山区875个传统村落为研究对象,运用核密度估计、聚类和异常值分析等方法精细识别传统村落的空间分异格局,从4大类18个影响因子中筛选出8个显著性的影响因子,进而借助多尺度地理加权回归模型(MGWR)和最优参数地理探测器揭示影响因子的空间异质性和深层机制。研究发现,MGWR模型相比经典GWR模型有更强的解释力和稳健性。太行山区传统村落是由“自然生态—区位交通—人文历史—社会经济”多元因子交互作用、协同驱动的人地关系演化系统,空间格局上呈现“一带多核边域”的结构特征。文保单位集中度、古道文化线路、非遗集中度、景区密度、年均日照、平均坡度、城镇化率、道路密度等因子对太行山区传统村落空间分异产生显著影响。Taking 875 traditional villages in Taihang Mountain area as the research subjects,Kernel density estimation,clustering and outlier analysis were used to identify the spatial differentiation pattern of traditional villages.Out of the 18 influencing factors distributed across 4 categories,8 factors significantly influencing the spatial differentiation patterns were identified.Subsequently,the spatial heterogeneity and underlying mechanisms of these influencing factors were unveiled by employing Optimal Parameter-Based Geographical Detector and Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression(MGWR).It is found that the MGWR model exhibits stronger explanatory power and robustness compared to the classical GWR model.The traditional villages in Taihang Mountain area possess an evolutionary system of human-environment relationship driven by the interactive and coordinated effects of multiple factors:natural ecology,spatial transportation,human history,and socio-economic aspects,while the spatial pattern shows the structural characteristics of"One Belt with Multiple Core in Peripheries".Factors such as cultural heritage sites concentration,cultural routes,intangible cultural heritage concentration,scenic area density,annual sunshine duration,average slope,urbanization rate and road density play a significant driving role in the spatial differentiation of traditional villages in Taihang Mountain area.
