日调节水电站对水文情势的再调节作用研究——以尼那—拉西瓦为例

摘  要:为明确日调节水电站对水文情势的再调节作用,文中根据贵德站1954-2020年逐日径流资料,采用水文变异诊断系统及水文指标变化范围法(IHA-RVA)对比分析多年调节能力和日调节能力水电站(龙羊峡水电站及尼那和拉西瓦水电站)对水文情势及生态影响。结果显示:贵德站年径流序列在1986年发生显著突变;龙羊峡(具有多年调节能力的控制性水电站)运行后,水文情势整体改变度为88.51%,其中28个指标发生了高度改变;日调节水电站(尼那和拉西瓦)的叠加运行后,水文情势整体改变度下降为75.24%,其中高度改变的水文指标下降至15个。结果表明日调节水电站(尼那和拉西瓦)发挥了显著的再调节作用,降低了龙羊峡对汛期月径流、极端流量等指标的影响,使径流整体更加趋近于天然时期,但流量的变化更加频繁,并且程度加剧。In order to clarify the re-regulation effect of daily regulatable hydroplants on the hydrological regime,based on the daily runoff data at Guide hydrographic station from 1954 to 2020,the hydrological variation diagnosis system and the indicators of hydrologic alteration-range of variability approach(IHA-RVA)were used to compare the effects of the multi-yearly regulatable and daily regulatable hydroplants(Longyangxia hydroplant and Nina and Laxiwa hydroplants)on the hydrological regime and the ecological environment.The results showed that the annual runoff series at Guide hydrographic station experienced a significant mutation in 1986.After the operation of Longyangxia hydroplant(a controllable hydroplant with multi-year regulating ability),the overall change rate of hydrological regime was 88.51%,with 28 indicators experiencing significant changes.After the superposition operation of the daily regulatable hydroplants(Nina and Laxiwa),the overall change rate of hydrological regime decreased to 75.24%,and the highly alternated hydrological indicators decreased to 15.The results show that the daily regulatable hydroplants(Nina and Laxiwa)has played a significant re-regulating role,reduced the impact of Longyangxia on the monthly runoff in flood season,the extreme flow,and other indicators,made the runoff alternation more similar to the natural period,but the flow changes are more frequent and the degree is intensified.
