含联苯结构双丙烯酸酯的合成及其在齿科修复材料中的应用研究

摘  要:在齿科修复材料的研究领域内,广泛使用了有机单体三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(TEGDMA),该单体显著提升了材料的加工与成型性能。然而,利用TEGDMA所制备的材料普遍面临强度不足以及聚合收缩率大的问题。以3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯二酚(TMBP)为原料,通过醚化和成酯两步反应,合成了一种含联苯结构的双丙烯酸酯单体(GTMBP)。在筛选较优的材料配方前提下,将其部分替代传统齿科修复材料的稀释单体TEGDMA,采用旋转流变仪、红外光谱仪和万能试验机等探究其对齿科修复树脂材料的性能影响。结果表明:含有双丙烯酸酯基团和联苯结构的GTMBP分子被成功合成且具有低剪切黏度(0.29 Pa·s)以及高折射率(1.54)特性;与相同含量配比的TEGDMA体系相比,GTMBP作为有机单体构筑的齿科修复材料体系既可保持良好的机械性能,弯曲强度为125.27 MPa,也实现了较低的聚合收缩率(2.23%)。这类有机单体的研究,有望为后续新型高强低收缩齿科复合材料的产业化研发提供一定的理论借鉴意义。In the research field of dental restoration materials,the organic monomer triethylene glycol dimethac-rylate(TEGDMA)iswidely used,which significantly improvestheprocessing and molding propertiesof materials.However,materials prepared with TEGDMA generally face the problems of insufficient strength and high polymerization shrinkage.This study synthesized a biphenyl-structured diacrylate monomer(GTMBP)using 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl-biphenyl-4,4'-diol(TMBP)as the raw material through etherification and esterification reactions.Under the premise of selecting an optimal material formula,the diluted monomer TEGDMA of traditional dental re-storative materials was partially replaced by GTMBP and studied its effects on the properties of dental restorative ma-terials using a rotational rheometer,infrared spectrometer,and universal testing machine.The results show that GT-MBP molecule containing diacrylate group and biphenyl structure was successfully synthesized and exhibited low shear viscosity(0.29 Pa·s)and high refractive index(1.54).Compared with TEGDMA system at the same content ratio,the dental restorative material system constructed with GTMBP as the organic monomer can not only maintain good mechanical properties(flexural strength of 125.27 MPa),but also achieve a lower polymerization shrinkage rate(2.23%).The research of this kind of organic monomer is expected to provide theoretical references for the industri-alization research and development of new high-strength and low-shrinkage dental composites.
