摘　　要：重构乡村共同体是在追求农业农村现代化发展目标的前提下提出来的,它包含着共同体成员在基层党组织的引领下,从事乡村生产、塑造乡村生活的美好愿景。传统乡村共同体已经衰落并展现出新的现实模态,它是以社会关系变化、主体结构新构成、产业结构成型为内容而不断展开的。但现实中仍存在着信任、机制、资源运行上的困境,需要开拓新领域,发现新质要素,在重塑组织结构、推进机制转向、激发资源活力上有所建树,凝聚起乡村共同体的力量,推动现代化目标的实现。The reconstruction of rural community is proposed within the context of pursuing the goals of agricultural and rural modernization.It contains the vision of community members engaging in rural production and shaping a beautiful countryside life under the guidance of primary-level party and government organizations.The traditional rural community has declined,showing a new reality model,which is continuously going with the content of social relationship changes,the new composition of the subject structure,and the formation of the industrial structure.However,there are still difficulties in trust,mechanism,and resource operation in reality,which requires us to open up new areas,discover new quality factors,and make achievements in reshaping organizational structures,promoting mechanism shifts,and stimulating the vitality of resources,so as to gather the strength of rural communities and promote the realization of modernization goals.
