摘　　要：食为政首,粮安天下。粮食生产安全对于国民经济发展、社会稳定和国家自立具有非常重要的意义,扎实做好粮食生产安全是推动乡村全面振兴、建设农业强国的“定盘星”,是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的根本保障。兰州市作为甘肃省会城市和全省最大的粮食主销区,保障粮食生产安全更是重中之重。本文简要阐述了兰州市粮食生产安全的现状,分析了当前兰州市粮食生产安全存在的问题,从坚守耕地红线、推动种业振兴、做好防灾减灾、提升种粮积极性、强化科技支撑水平5个方面提出了保障兰州市粮食生产安全的对策建议。Food is the head of government,and food security is the world,and grain security is crucial for national economic development,social stability,and national self-reliance.Ensuring grain production safety is the"anchor"for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization and building a strong agricultural country,as well as the fundamental guarantee for realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.Lanzhou,as the capital city and the largest grain distribution center in Gansu Province,places utmost importance on ensuring grain production safety.This paper briefly outlines the current status of grain production safety in Lanzhou,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes strategic suggestion to safeguard grain production safety in Lanzhou.These suggestion focus on five aspects:adhering to the red line of arable land,promoting the revitalization of the seed industry,disaster prevention and mitigation,enhancing enthusiasm for grain production,and strengthening the level of technological support.In conclusion,ensuring grain production safety in Lanzhou is of paramount importance,and the implementation of the proposed strategies is essential for achieving this goal.
