摘　　要：农业农村现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分,目前农业农村现代化是我国现代化建设的突出短板。本文探讨了湛江市农业农村现代化存在的城乡之间经济发展不均衡、乡村之间经济发展不均衡、农业产业结构调整不充分、农村制度改革滞后、农村人才缺乏等问题,为此要科学把握建设总要求、做好系统规划,以市场为导向、抓住机遇促进农民增收致富,推进基层制度改革、激发农村活力等,以适应农业农村现代化的需求,加快推进湛江农业农村现代化。The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is an integral aspect of China's modernization,yet it remains a notable weak link.This paper examines the challenges facing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in Zhanjiang,including disparities in economic development between urban and rural areas,uneven economic growth among villages,inadequate restructuring of the agricultural industry,delayed rural institutional reforms,and a shortage of rural talent.To address these issues,it is essential to grasp the overarching requirements of construction and undertake comprehensive planning.Embracing a market-oriented approach and seizing opportunities to enhance farmers'income and prosperity are crucial.Additionally,advancing grassroots institutional reforms and fostering rural vitality are imperative to meet the demands of agricultural and rural modernization,thereby expediting the modernization process in Zhanjiang.
