数字经济对温州产业结构升级的效应研究

摘　　要：为探究数字经济发展对温州产业结构升级的影响,在分析数字经济发展对产业结构调整影响机制的基础上,构建涵盖数字基础设施、数字工业化和产业数字化的数字经济指标体系,并基于2013—2022年温州市相关统计数据,采用熵权法对温州数字经济发展水平进行分析,同时测度温州市产业结构水平,实证分析数字经济对产业高级化和合理化的影响,并验证技术创新在这一过程中的中介作用。实证表明,数字经济对产业结构升级有显著的促进作用,且在科技创新的媒介下能间接带动产业升级,其间接影响程度几乎等同于直接效应带来的影响。对此,基于农业数字化、工业数字化与服务产业集聚3个方面,对于数字经济如何赋能温州产业转型升级提出对策建议。To explore the impact of digital economy development on the upgrading of Wenzhou's industrial structure,drawing upon an analysis of the mechanisms underlying the influence of digital economy growth on industrial restructuring,a digital economy measurement index system covering digital infrastructure,digital industrialization,and industrial digitization was constructed.Based on the data from Wenzhou from 2013 to 2022,the entropy weight method was used to analyze the level of digital economy development in Wenzhou.At the same time,the level of industrial structure in Wenzhou was measured to empirically analyze the impact of digital economy on industrial upgrading and rationalization,and to verify the mediating role of technological innovation in this process.Empirical analysis reveals that the digital economy notably facilitates industrial structure advancement,furthermore,it possesses the potential to indirectly spur industrial upgrading via technological innovations.Its indirect impact is almost equivalent to the impact brought by direct effects.Taking into account three major considerations:digitization in agriculture,digitization in industry,and the consolidation of the service industry,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed on how to empower Wenzhou's industrial transformation and upgrading with the digital economy.
