新时代“枫桥经验”现代化进路探析

摘　　要：新时代“枫桥经验”是我国基层社会治理的样板,其具有中华优秀传统法律文化提供的经验支撑,是我国基层治理体系和治理能力现代化的有力推手。当前,新时代“枫桥经验”的角色定位、功能价值势必走出原来的“工作方法、治理经验”范畴,在理论指引与判断构建层面实现迭代升级。对此,必须始终坚持法治为民,推动基层治理数字化转型,推动预防性法律制度创新,建立“社会矛盾纠纷多元预防调处化解综合机制”。The Fengqiao Experience in the new era serves as a model for China's grassroots social governance,drawing on the empirical support provided by China's outstanding traditional legal culture and acting as a powerful catalyst for the modernization of China's grassroots governance system and capabilities.Currently,the role and functional value of the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era are poised to transcend its original scope as a"working method or governance experience,"achieving iterative upgrades in terms of theoretical guidance and judgment formulation.In response,it is imperative to consistently uphold the rule of law for the people,promote the digital transformation of grassroots governance,drive innovation in preventive legal systems,and adopt diverse methods to prevent,mediate and resolve social disputes.
