摘　　要：在暑病疫瘴多发的中国岭南地区,明清时期繁盛的岭南园林文化蕴含着精妙的疗愈智慧。以明清时期广州珠江以北地区士人园林为例,考据明清时期《广东新语》《番禺县志》《海山仙馆图卷》等多部志记、诗词、绘画史料与《中外卫生要旨》等岭南医学古籍,揭示明清广州地区士人园林在选址营建、园区布局与空间营造方面独具特色的中医疗愈特性:趋吉祛病、风土相宜的园林选址;避暑消夏的园内环境。并根据入定禅修、放歌赏乐、宴饮雅集等心理疗愈活动,以及射箭攀登、游湖泛舟、擘荔豢兽等生理疗愈活动,分析园居疗愈活动与园景营造之间的对应关系。In the Lingnan region of China,where summer diseases and epidemics are prevalent,the flourishing Lingnan garden culture of the Ming and Qing dynasties contains subtle healing wisdom.Taking the scholars’gardens in the north of the Pearl River in Guangzhou during the Ming and Qing Dynasties as an example,we examine the historical materials such as the New Language of Guangdong,Panyu County Record,Haishan Xianguan Scroll,etc.and the old Lingnan medical books such as the Essentials of Chinese and Foreign Hygiene,to reveal the unique characteristics of the Chinese medical healing of the scholars’gardens in the Guangzhou area during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,in terms of the selection and construction of the site,the layout and spatial creation of the gardens.It also analyses the correspondence between the healing activities of the gardens and the creation of landscapes from psychological and physiological perspectives.It can be summarized as the selection of the garden site which is suitable for good luck,dispelling illnesses and the terroir;the garden environment which avoids the summer heat;the garden healing practices such as meditating,singing and enjoying music,and banqueting and drinking,etc.which reflect the characteristics of psychological healing;and the garden healing practices such as archery,climbing,boating in the lake and breaking the litchi and keeping animals,etc.which reflect the characteristics of physiological healing.
