摘 要:以细磨后的高结晶水澳洲矿为原料进行了造球、焙烧试验研究,并开展了工业试验。结果表明,随着澳洲矿配比的增加,生球抗压强度变化不大,而爆裂温度降低;随澳洲矿配比提高需相应提高适宜的预热和焙烧温度,澳洲矿比例≤20%时,对原预热焙烧制度的影响相对较小,但进一步提高比例时,不利影响明显加大;澳洲矿配比在20%~40%时,可通过优化造球水分、优化焙烧制度来制备合格的成品球;工业试验用链篦机-回转窑法焙烧高结晶水澳洲矿球团时,通过提高焙烧温度和延长焙烧时间,制备的球团性能可满足大型高炉冶炼要求。研究成果为高结晶水澳洲矿应用于球团生产提供了技术支持。Pelletizing and roasting tests are carried out using finely ground Australian ores with high content of crystal water,and industrial tests are conducted.The results show that,with the increase of the ratio of Australian ore,the compressive strength of green balls don’t change much,but the bursting temperature lowers;With the increase of the ratio of Australian ore,it is necessary to increase the appropriate preheating and roasting temperature accordingly.When the ratio of Australian ore is no more than 20%,the influence on the original preheating and roasting regime is relatively small,but when the ratio is further increased,the adverse effect is significantly increased.When the ratio of Australian ore is between 20 and 40%,qualified pellets can be prepared by optimizing the water content in balling and the roasting regime;When Australian ores with high content of crystal water are roasted by the traveling grate-rotary kiln method in industrial tests,the performance of the prepared pellets could meet the smelting requirements of large blast furnace by increasing the roasting temperature and prolonging the roasting time.The results provide technical support for the application of Australian ores with high content of crystal water in pellet production.
