摘  要:磷和锌作为藻类生长和发育所必需的营养元素,对藻类的生理生态功能具有显著影响.以威氏海链藻为实验藻种,研究在有机磷作为唯一磷源的条件下,锌浓度变化对威氏海链藻的细胞密度、叶绿素a浓度及光系统Ⅱ最大光能转化效率(F_(v)/F_(m))和最大电子传递速率(ETR_(max))等生理指标的影响.结果表明,在有机磷条件下,锌浓度的变化对威氏海链藻产生显著影响.低锌浓度显著促进了威氏海链藻的细胞密度和叶绿素a浓度的增长,但对F_(v)/F_(m)和ETR_(max)的促进作用不显著.相反,高锌浓度则表现出对藻细胞的毒性作用,抑制了其生长和繁殖,导致藻细胞大量死亡.此外,在有机磷存在的情况下,低浓度的锌能够促进碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的合成,增强藻细胞对锌浓度的耐受能力,然而过量的锌则抑制了ALP的活性.Phosphorus and zinc are essential nutrients for the growth and development of algae,exerting significant impacts on their physiological and ecological functions.Using the diatom Thalassiosira weissflogii as the experimental species,this study investigates the effects of varying zinc concentrations physiological indicators such as cell density,chlorophyll a concentration,and the maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem II(Fv/Fm),as well as the maximum electron transport rate(ETRmax)where organic phosphorus is the sole phosphorus source.The results indicate that changes in zinc concentration significantly influence Thalassiosira weissflogii under organic phosphorus conditions.Low zinc concentrations notably promote increase in cell density and chlorophyll a concentration,but have insignificant effects on Fv/Fm and ETRmax.Conversely,high zinc concentrations exhibit toxic effects on algal cells,inhibiting growth and reproduction,leading to substantial cell death.Additionally,in the presence of organic phosphorus presence,low zinc concentrations can promote the synthesis of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),enhancing the tolerance of algal cells to zinc concentration.However,an excess of zinc inhibits the activity of ALP.
