北疆文化视野下蒙古马精神的阐释及弘扬

摘　　要：蒙古马精神代表了北疆各族人民的优秀精神,是中华民族精神的组成部分和地方体现,能够为奋力书写中国式现代化新篇章、实现中华民族伟大复兴提供强大的精神动力,因而成为北疆文化的主要精神标识。蒙古马精神的符号意义,来源于蒙古马的自身品质和历史贡献;蒙古马精神的符号价值,体现为增强中华民族的精神力量。蒙古马精神映照了北疆各族人民吃苦耐劳、开拓进取、忠诚奉献、团结奋斗的历史,契合“踔厉奋发、勇毅前行,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴而团结奋斗”的中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会的主题,传承和弘扬蒙古马精神,具有深厚的历史底蕴和良好的现实基础。在此底蕴和基础上,以彰显北疆文化精神特质、增强中华民族精神力量为目标,从树立和突出各民族共享的中华文化符号、契合中国共产党人精神谱系、加强正确宣传、形成各方合力四个方面,提出阐释和弘扬蒙古马精神的路径。The Mongolian horse spirit represents the exemplary character of the people in the northern border regions of China and is a key element of the broader Chinese national spirit.It provides a powerful source of motivation for advancing China’s modernization and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,making it a major cultural symbol of the northern borderland.The symbolic meaning of the Mongolian horse spirit originates from the inherent qualities and historical contributions of the Mongolian horse.Its symbolic value lies in enhancing the spiritual strength of the Chinese nation.The Mon-golian horse spirit embodies the historical resilience,pioneering spirit,loyalty,dedication,and collective unity of the northern borderland’s diverse ethnic groups.It resonates with the theme of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China:“striving with resilience,advancing with courage,and uniting for the comprehensive building of a modern socialist country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”.The inheritance and promotion of the Mongolian horse spirit are rooted in pro-found historical traditions and a solid contemporary foundation.To further enhance the spiritual characteristics of northern bor-derland culture and strengthen the collective spirit of the Chinese nation,this study proposes several approaches:establishing and emphasizing shared Chinese cultural symbols,aligning with the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese communists,strengthening accurate promotion and education,and fostering collaborative efforts involving researchers,media,and other stakeholders.
