摘 要:通过对钢厂同批次坯料采用6 h和15 h不同高温扩散工艺制成试样进行接触疲劳试验,并对失效试样的失效部位进行了解剖和失效源点进行了分析。试验结果表明:6 h高温扩散工艺的碳化物颗粒明显大于15 h工艺的碳化物颗粒,且碳化物颗粒聚集程度更高;6 h高温扩散工艺的试样整体接触疲劳寿命明显更短。此研究为原材料生产过程中的碳化物控制提供了方向。Contact fatigue tests were conducted on samples made from the same batch of billets in a steel plant using different high-temperature diffusion processes of 6 hours and 15 hours.The failure sites of the failed samples were dissected and the failure source points were analyzed.The experimental results show that the carbide particles produced by the 6-hour high-temperature diffusion process are significantly larger than those produced by the 15 hour process,and the degree of carbide particle aggregation is higher.The overall contact fatigue life of the sample using the 6-hour high-temperature diffusion process is significantly shorter.This study provides direction for carbide control in the production process of raw materials.
