摘 要:为改善铁水脱硫工艺,提高脱硫能力,提出KR法脱硫水模型试验,通过对试验几何和动力学论述试验原理,用有机玻璃代替铁水罐反应器,设计水模型试验装置,分析铁水脱硫中转速、插入深度、装载深度及搅拌器对脱硫效果的影响,并进行试验分析。结果表明:转速为160 r/min、铁水罐装载深度为450 mm、搅拌器罐径比为0.38、插入深度为213 mm条件下的脱硫效果最优,经过优化后的搅拌器实现高效运行,对铁水脱硫工艺改造具有指导意义。In order to improve the desulfurization process of molten iron and enhance its desulfurization capacity,a KR method desulfurization water model test is proposed.By discussing the experimental geometry and kinetics,the experimental principle is discussed,and organic glass is used instead of the molten iron tank reactor.A water model test device is designed to analyze the effects of rotational speed,insertion depth,loading depth,and agitator on the desulfurization effect in molten iron desulfurization,and experimental analysis is conducted.The results showed that the optimal desulfurization effect was achieved under the conditions of a speed of 160 r/min,a loading depth of 450 mm for the molten iron tank,a diameter ratio of 0.38 for the agitator tank,and an insertion depth of 213 mm.The optimized agitator achieved efficient operation,which has guiding significance for the transformation of the molten iron desulfurization process.
