摘 要:基于某冶金企业的实际情况,分别对采用高炉炼铁工艺与转炉炼钢工艺的PM2.5颗粒物进行检测。结果表明,高炉炼铁工艺中出铁场的PM2.5粒数浓度为450~850粒/mm^(3),质量浓度为1.50~4.00 mg/m^(3),矿槽中PM2.5粒数浓度为160~210粒/mm^(3),质量浓度为2.4~7.5 mg/m^(3)。采用转炉炼钢工艺,一次烟气中的PM2.5粒数浓度为220~360粒/mm^(3),质量浓度为5.4~15.7 mg/m^(3)。精炼后的PM2.5粒数浓度为40~120粒/mm^(3),质量浓度为2.8~3.5 mg/m^(3)。通过分析冶炼行业PM2.5粒径分布特性,可为黑色金属冶炼粉尘污染的防治提供数据支持。Based on the actual situation of a metallurgical enterprise,PM2.5 particles were detected using both blast furnace ironmaking process and converter steelmaking process.The results showed that the PM2.5 particle number concentration in the blast furnace ironmaking process was 450~850 particles/mm^(3),with a mass concentration of 1.50~3.50 mg/m^(3).The PM2.5 particle number concentration in the ore tank was 160~210 particles/mm^(3),with a mass concentration of 2.4~7.4 mg/m^(3).Adopting the converter steelmaking process,the concentration of PM2.5 particles in a single flue gas is 220~360 particles/mm^(3),with a mass concentration of 5.4~15.7 mg/m^(3).The refined PM2.5 particle count concentration is 40~119 particles/mm^(3),and the mass concentration is 2.8~3.5 mg/m^(3).By analyzing the PM2.5 particle size distribution characteristics in the smelting industry,data support can be provided for the prevention and control of dust pollution in black metal smelting.
