摘 要:为了研究在坚硬顶板下进行工作面回采时,坚硬顶板不易垮落,诱发强矿压显现可能性增加等一系列问题,以某矿31103回采工作面为例,采用FLAC-3D软件模拟了在煤层开采过程中坚硬顶板煤岩失稳动态变化,并且比较不同煤岩厚度下工作面超前支承压力变化,进而总结出坚硬顶板强矿压特征规律,这些规律可为顶板弱化、强矿压危险区域卸压、采场巷道维护等提供依据。依据数值分析结果并结合现场实践,从防御和解危两方面入手,将超前深孔预裂爆破和大直径钻孔煤体卸压两种方案结合,从而降低工作面来压强度,消除强矿压危险区域灾变隐患,保证工作面安全高效回采。In order to study a series of problems such as the difficulty of hard roof collapse and the increased possibility of inducing strong mining pressure during mining under hard roof.Taking the 31103 mining face of a certain mine as an example,FLAC-3D software was used to simulate the dynamic changes of coal and rock instability in the hard roof during coal seam mining.The changes in advance support pressure of the working face under different coal and rock thicknesses were compared,and the characteristics of strong mining pressure in the hard roof were summarized.These rules can provide a basis for roof weakening,pressure relief in dangerous areas of strong mining pressure,and maintenance of mining tunnels.Based on numerical analysis results and combined with on-site practice,starting from the aspects of defense and crisis relief,the advanced deep hole pre-splitting blasting and large-diameter drilling coal unloading schemes are combined to reduce the pressure intensity of the working face,eliminate the hidden danger of disasters in areas with strong mining pressure,and ensure safe and efficient mining of the working face.
