摘  要:韶钢8号高炉在原材料发生变化后,由于炉内操作调整不及时,造成高炉炉况波动,管道气流频发,针对此问题,通过分析炉况波动的主要原因,采取稳定原材料质量、调整装料制度、强化炉温管控、强化渣铁排放等工艺进行调整,避免了炉况进一步恶化,并在较短时间内恢复炉况顺行,达到较好的效果。After changes in raw materials occurred in No.8 blast furnace of Shaoguan Iron and Steel,the furnace operation was not adjusted in a timely manner,resulting in fluctuations in furnace conditions and frequent pipeline airflow.To address this problem,by analyzing the main reasons for furnace condition fluctuations,processes such as stabilizing raw material quality,adjusting loading system,strengthening furnace temperature control,and enhancing slag and iron emissions were adopted to adjust,further deterioration of furnace conditions is avoided and smooth furnace conditions are restored in a relatively short period of time,achieving good results.
