摘 要:通过对新钢一钢厂方坯连铸机的研究和分析,发现其中间罐由于容量小、冲击区域窄小等问题,在浇铸过程中钢水流动性差,钢渣不能上浮,铸坯夹渣等问题显著,且冲击区域常有穿罐现象。在中间罐存放尺寸不变的情况下,只有扩大中间框的容量才能够减少杂质的上浮,提高铸坯的质量,为了减小钢水对中间罐壁的冲击力度,需要同时对中间罐的冲击区域进行尺寸扩大,从而提升整个中间罐的使用寿命。Through the research and analysis of the billet continuous casting machine in Xingang No.1 Steel Plant,it was found that the intermediate tank has poor fluidity of the molten steel during the casting process due to its small capacity and narrow impact area.The steel slag cannot float up,and there are significant problems such as slag inclusion in the casting billet.In addition,there is often a phenomenon of piercing the tank in the impact area.In the case where the storage size of the intermediate tank remains unchanged,only by expanding the capacity of the intermediate frame can the floating of impurities be reduced and the quality of the casting billet be improved.In order to reduce the impact force of the molten steel on the wall of the intermediate tank,it is necessary to simultaneously expand the size of the impact area of the intermediate tank,thereby improving the service life of the entire intermediate tank.
