摘  要:基于烧结、球团和高炉等工序特点,从优化配矿、高炉配煤和铁水降燃耗等方面进行分析,总结京唐公司铁水降本经验。一是坚持55%以上球比冶炼,结合大风量、高富氧的操作方针,提高冶炼效率。二是优化配矿结构、合理搭配固废资源,提高折扣矿的使用量,增加烧结固废配加量。三是持续强化喷煤降焦,全年焦炭负荷达到5.73,降低了铁水燃料成本。Based on the cost reduction practice of Jingtang blast furnace combined with the characteristics of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace processes,this paper summarizes the experience of cost reduction in iron making.The first is to adhere to the principle of smelting with a ball to ball ratio of over 55%,combined with the operation policy of high air volume and high oxygen enrichment,to improve smelting efficiency.Secondly,in terms of raw material blending,increase the use of discounted ore and increase the addition of sintering solid waste.Thirdly,strengthen coal injection to reduce coke consumption,with the annual coke load reaching 5.73,promoting the reduction of iron and fuel costs.
