摘 要:渣缓冷工艺是火法铜冶炼工艺中实现铜全厂回收率提升的重要工序。随着智能化工厂建设的不断深入,将智能管控系统应用于渣缓冷系统,可满足系统的安全管控需求,降低设备维护成本和人力投入成本,极大提升生产效率和降低生产运行成本。鉴于此,分析渣缓冷处理工艺的特点,提出针对性的智能化改造建议,通过无线通信网络、龙门吊和电动平板车智能化管控系统等关键技术,实现了渣包转运的自主运行和智能化控制,优化了渣包缓冷制度,简化了生产管控人员的配备,取得了良好的经济效益,进一步实现了铜冶炼生产的管控一体化。Slow cooling process of slag is an important process to improve the recovery rate of copper in the whole plant.With the deepening of the construction of intelligent factories,the application of intelligent management and control system to the slag slow cooling system can meet the safety management and control needs of the system,reduce equipment maintenance costs and human input costs,greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production and operation costs.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the slag slow-cooling treatment process,and puts forward targeted suggestions for intelligent transformation.Through key technologies such as wireless communication network,gantry crane and intelligent control system of electric flatbed truck,the autonomous operation and intelligent control of slag ladle transfer are realized,the slag ladle slow-cooling system is optimized,the production control personnel is simplified,and good economic benefits are achieved,further realize the control integration of copper smelting production.
