摘 要:针对麻家梁矿面临预掘回撤通道变形破坏严重的问题,以14502综采面末采搬家为背景,通过现场应力监测、理论分析、工程类比等方法,开展以水力压裂卸压为主的新型回撤通道围岩控制技术研究,在回撤通道内对平均厚度为5.37 m的砂岩基本顶进行水力压裂控制,通道内采用锚索梁+垛式支架进行顶板补强支护。实践结果表明:压裂后,超前支承峰值压力降低了24.5%,影响范围降低了35.7%,回撤通道围岩应力分布及稳定性受采动影响程度明显减弱,辅以补强支护将围岩变形控制在合理范围内,取得了理想的卸压及支护效果。Majialiang Mine is faced with serious deformation and damage of pre-excavation pullback channel.Based on the background of final removal of 14502 fully mechanized mining face,this paper studies the surrounding rock control technology of the new pullback channel based on hydraulic fracturing relief through in-situ stress monitoring,theoretical analysis and engineering analogy.Hydraulic fracturing control was carried out on the basic roof of sandstone with an average thickness of 5.37 m in the withdrawal channel,and the roof reinforcement support was adopted in the channel with anchor cable beam+stack support.The practice shows that after fracturing,the peak pressure of the leading support is reduced by 24.5%,and the influence range is reduced by 35.7%.The stress distribution and stability of the surrounding rock in the withdrawal channel are significantly weakened by mining.The deformation of the surrounding rock is controlled within a reasonable range with reinforcement support,and ideal pressure relief and support effects are achieved.
