摘 要:从转炉终点碳温控制、对炉衬的冲击影响、冶炼终点钢水氮含量等几个方面出发,分析了高废钢比对转炉冶炼工艺的影响,并结合生产实践,总结了高废钢比条件下,降低高废钢比对转炉冶炼的影响及保证转炉炼钢工艺质量的几点技术措施。结果表明,通过提高废钢质量、优化转炉成渣、改进转炉造渣工艺等措施,能够有效规避高废钢比对转炉炼钢环节产生的不利影响。Starting from the control of carbon temperature at the endpoint of the converter,the impact on the furnace lining,and the nitrogen content of the molten steel at the endpoint of smelting,this paper analyzes the influence of high scrap ratio on the converter smelting process.Combined with production practice,several technical measures are summarized to reduce the impact of high scrap ratio on converter smelting and ensure the quality of converter steelmaking process under high scrap ratio conditions.The results indicate that measures such as improving the quality of scrap steel,optimizing converter slagging,and improving converter slagging processes can effectively avoid the adverse effects of high scrap steel ratio on the converter steelmaking process.
